** Missouri Attorney General Schmitt Files Lawsuit Against Chinese Government

This week our Attorney General Eric Schmitt filed a state lawsuit against the Chinese government, Chinese Communist Party and other Chinese officials, making Missouri the first state to sue China over the COVID-19 pandemic ([link removed]) .

The lawsuit takes issue with China’s actions to suppress information, arrest whistleblowers and deny the contagious nature of the COVID-19 led to loss of life and severe economic consequences in Missouri.

Attorney General Schmitt's actions made national and international news and he was featured on FOX News ([link removed]) including Tucker Carlson ([link removed]) and America's Newsroom ([link removed]) , and Mornings with Maria ([link removed]) on FOX Business.
