Missouri Attorney General Schmitt Files Lawsuit Against Chinese Government
This week our Attorney General Eric Schmitt filed a state lawsuit against the Chinese government, Chinese Communist Party and other Chinese officials, making Missouri the first state to sue China over the COVID-19 pandemic. 

The lawsuit takes issue with China’s actions to suppress information, arrest whistleblowers and deny the contagious nature of the COVID-19 led to loss of life and severe economic consequences in Missouri.

Attorney General Schmitt's actions made national and international news and he was featured on FOX News including Tucker Carlson and America's Newsroom, and Mornings with Maria on FOX Business.
