PLEASE share this information with your address book. Sen Tim Moffitt and Rep Jennifer Balkcom need to hear from all of us TODAY before the 3 bills below are moved out of commmittee and passed. These bills will be to the detriment of every property owner in NC, especially Henderson. They give cover to our Commissioners for the housing density that we have been railing against.

These bills are a recipe for disastrous consequences for our economy and our quality of life. They give ‘General Assembly cover’ to our Commissioners to continue their irresponsible growth that leads to county area annexation, an excuse to do away with zoning restrictions, and potentially creates an untenable water shortage (as it did in Buncombe).
