About the job

The?*Contracts Specialist 3*?independently performs a variety of complex contract administration duties (design-bid-build, GC/CM, JOC, Design Build and A/E agreements) as the Lead Contracts Specialist for DES?s core capital program and DOC/DSHS programs. This role ensures that the negotiated consultant fees are within OFM guidelines or are authorized through proper channels and advises the project manager of any contract compliance issues.

*This position will support two locations in person: Department of Corrections Headquarters, and 1500 Jefferson Building.*
