On July 4th we’re having an election (you’ve probably noticed). Over 20,000 people have died by suicide since the last one - so we’re urgently calling for the next Prime Minister to make a commitment to help save lives from suicide.

Fancy a challenge? Join us on our Snowdon at Night Hike on 20-21 July. There'll be a 1085m climb, plenty of laughs and a celebration brekkie at the end. CHIP IN TO HELP AT THE BMW PGA CHAMPIONSHIP
We’re back as the BMW PGA Championship charity partner for the third year running - and we need you! The event takes place at the prestigious Wentworth Golf Club in Surrey from 17 - 22 September and by volunteering you’ll help us run our fundraising challenges (The Mega Putt and The Chipping Challenge), talk to lots of people about what we do and watch some of the best golfers in the world.

The World Cup comes to Loftus Road
The Euros may be just around the corner but last month the World Cup came to Loftus Road: the Mental Health World Cup, that is. 42 teams took part in the annual 5-aside tournament raising at least L80k for our life-saving services, as well as supporting the QPR Community Trust and Beder FC.
The day saw glorious weather and even better football - as well as a celebrity game featuring CALM ambassador Richie Driss between the sticks.
