eFiling required beginning July 1





During the 2024 legislative session, a bill passed that requires electronic filing for *Workers' Compensation cases at OAH* (except for pro se employees). The law can be found in Minnesota Session Laws, 2024 Regular Session, Chapter *97, section 39. [ [link removed] ]*

What's changing?

Beginning *July 1,* all parties to *Workers' Compensation* cases (with the exception below) *must eFile [ [link removed] ]* all documents using C-Track. Paper mail will no longer be accepted for Workers' Compensation cases.

Documents that are mailed to OAH after July 1 will be emailed to the filer with a reminder to eFile the document.

Exception

Employees who are not represented by an attorney may continue to file documents via U.S. Mail.
