During the 2024 legislative session, a bill passed that requires electronic filing for Workers' Compensation cases at OAH (except for pro se employees). The law can be found in Minnesota Session Laws, 2024 Regular Session, Chapter 97, section 39.
What's changing?
Beginning July 1, all parties to Workers' Compensation cases (with the exception below) must eFile all documents using C-Track. Paper mail will no longer be accepted for Workers' Compensation cases.
Documents that are mailed to OAH after July 1 will be emailed to the filer with a reminder to eFile the document.
Exception
Employees who are not represented by an attorney may continue to file documents via U.S. Mail.
