Open this email to make sure your voice is heard in the design process     Dear Neighbor, I am writing to you today to invite you to an important community input meeting regarding the upcoming Soundview Skatepark. I have worked alongside Mayor Eric Adams, NYCEDC, NYC Parks, and Tony Hawk’s non-profit the Skatepark Project to make this $7 million capital investment in our community a reality. Soundview will soon be home to a state-of-the-art skatepark that will revitalize a dilapidated section of our park, bring a necessary outlet for young people, and create recreation alongside all our green space. Now is the time I am calling you to action! It is critical that we all make sure our voices are heard in every aspect of this project, especially when it comes to new development.
