** Special election in CA becomes flashpoint

Just a week ago we believed bipartisanship actually might win out in Congress amid this unprecedented crisis.

The past 24 hours have blown that thought up completely.

There were signs over the weekend. A report in a liberal DC website quoted Nancy Pelosi's deputy Jim Clyburn saying:

“This is a tremendous opportunity to restructure things to fit our vision.”

Then reports that the same bill Democrats helped write they would all vote No.

Why?

The answer came today. Nancy Pelosi's 1,200 page bill including a left-wing wish list of climate change, race and gender diversity mandates.

The media is doing the heavy lifting, attempting to shift blame on Republicans. But the truth is hard to ignore.

The economy is tanking. States and health institutions are asking for help.

Yet Nancy Pelosi is taking time to insert a wish list of far left priorities because there won't ever be another $1-2 trillion chance.

This is despicable. This is purposely hurting the same people Democrats claim to support. Their lies are being exposed in a time of crisis.

We didn't want to write this email. But we can't sit idly by while Democrats block action.

The first chance to send a message to Nancy Pelosi, Jim Clyburn, Joe Biden and all the Democrats is California's special election in May!
We've told you about the special election and GOP candidate Mike Garcia.

Garcia was running for Congress long before this crisis because he knows how to lead and saw the dysfunction in DC.

That dysfunction has now been magnified during times of crisis while Nancy Pelosi takes center stage.

Garcia's Democrat opponent in the special election is Christy Smith. She is a CA state politician.

She spent last week praising Nancy Pelosi and her leadership and trashing President Trump and Republicans.

Today Christy Smith is silent about Pelosi, Democrats and anything in DC. Why?

This district north of Los Angeles is not a "resistance" stronghold. It is a working class region of suburbs and rural tracts.

Republicans held the seat for years until 2018.

These political games during times of crisis are NOT what these voters want.

But that's exactly what Christy Smith represents.

Mike Garcia is an American Patriot who proudly put on the uniform and represents the opposite of the games being played in DC.

We know these are scary and difficult times. We don't ask anyone to contribute to elections who can't afford to. But the elections go on and our job does as well...
