Just a week ago we believed bipartisanship actually might win out in Congress amid this unprecedented crisis.
The past 24 hours have blown that thought up completely.
There were signs over the weekend. A report in a liberal DC website quoted Nancy Pelosi's deputy Jim Clyburn saying:
“This is a tremendous opportunity to restructure things to fit our vision.”
Then reports that the same bill Democrats helped write they would all vote No.
Why?
The answer came today. Nancy Pelosi's 1,200 page bill including a left-wing wish list of climate change, race and gender diversity mandates.
The media is doing the heavy lifting, attempting to shift blame on Republicans. But the truth is hard to ignore.
The economy is tanking. States and health institutions are asking for help.
Yet Nancy Pelosi is taking time to insert a wish list of far left priorities because there won't ever be another $1-2 trillion chance.
This is despicable. This is purposely hurting the same people Democrats claim to support. Their lies are being exposed in a time of crisis.
We didn't want to write this email. But we can't sit idly by while Democrats block action.
The first chance to send a message to Nancy Pelosi, Jim Clyburn, Joe Biden and all the Democrats is California's special election in May!
