Let's keep building the momentum here in NC at Lead with Lillian on Sunday, September 24 at 3pm at the Durham Arts Council. At the event, we'll award the Jan Allen Courage Award to an amazing woman legislator who has been fighting for us in the NC House or Senate. Stay tuned--we'll be announcing the recipient the week of August 21!
We'll also hear from Attorney Jenn Mahan from the Center for Reproductive Rights about how NC is a pivotal state for abortion access nationwide. Jenn is a State Legislative Fellow on the Center's US State Policy and Advocacy team, tracking and analyzing abortion-related legislation in all 50 states and DC.
