As we saw in the results of Ohio's special election on Tuesday, voters are fired up about protecting abortion access. Let's keep building the momentum here in NC at Lead with Lillian on Sunday, September 24 at 3pm at the Durham Arts Council. We hope you'll join us for our empowering annual event, with even more to come on the dynamic program!

A generous anonymous donor is currently matching all contributions to the event.

At the event, we'll award the Jan Allen Courage Award to an amazing woman legislator who has been fighting for us in the NC House or Senate. Stay tuned--we'll be announcing the recipient the week of August 21!

We'll also hear from Attorney Jenn Mahan from the Center for Reproductive Rights about how NC is a pivotal state for abortion access nationwide. Jenn is a State Legislative Fellow on the Center's US State Policy and Advocacy team, tracking and analyzing abortion-related legislation in all 50 states and DC.

We can't wait to bring our community together to get fired up about electing more progressive women in 2024! I hope to see you at Lead with Lillian!
