With the looming threat of additional restrictions limiting access to safe and legal abortions, it is important that we work to mobilize our personal networks and demystify common misconceptions about abortion. Please join us next Saturday, April 1 in Raleigh for our Abortion Activist training.

This training will be led by national expert Destiny Lopez . Destiny is a respected executive leader, facilitator, and strategist with two decades of experience of working at the intersections of policy advocacy, communications, coalition building and reproductive justice.
We will also be joined by Lynne Walter from Pro-Choice NC . Lynne is a loud and proud social worker, community organizer, and activist. She has been fighting to protect reproductive rights, justice, and abortion access since she trained to be a clinic escort when she was 14-years-old, and she loves working with students, community members, and partner organizations in order to ensure equitable access to full reproductive health and justice.
This training is designed for individuals wanting to engage in defending abortion after the fall of Roe, primarily to help people have conversations with their own networks. Registration for this event is set at $25. Space is limited so please register [[link removed]] early.
