Spring just started, but petitioning season is already almost over!

Meet BYD—along with our friends the Independent Neighborhood Democrats and the Lambda Independent Democrats— at Borough Hall Plaza at 7pm on Wednesday to gather signatures for Lincoln!

Since Lincoln joined the City Council last year, he's introduced legislation to protect workers, improve our transit system, and tackle the climate crisis. He's also worked with communities along the Brooklyn waterfront to deliver equitable rezonings, clean up neighborhood streets, and make commercial corridors more vibrant.

There's just a few days left in petitioning season, and we need all hands on deck.

Help us petition for Lincoln ([link removed]) so he can get back to the Council and continue fighting for District 33!
Our work so far...

For the last few weeks, we've been pounding the pavement, collecting signatures for BYD-endorsed candidates like Sandy Nurse, Crystal Hudson and Wai Yee Chan.

We're proud to support a cohort of candidates ([link removed]) with an unapologetically bold vision for Brooklyn, and we love connecting with voters across the borough.

This petitioning work is crucial, not only because it's how our candidates get on the ballot, but also because it's an opportunity to engage everyday people in the political process.

Brooklyn faces serious challenges: an affordability crisis, underfunded public services, and the ever-looming threat of climate change. But together, we can build a better borough for everyone who calls this place home. We hope you'll join us in the fight!
