Last summer, Texas implemented a near-total abortion ban that created a bounty on women, allowing anyone to sue a woman if they believed she obtained or attempted to obtain an abortion. Colin has repeatedly denounced the law and its extremism. Now, we’re seeing the harsh reality of this new law.

Earlier this month, a Texas man sued three women who he claims assisted his ex-wife in obtaining abortion medication. This is the terrifying new reality in our state.

It wasn’t enough to strip women of their right to bodily autonomy. Now, extremists are using scare tactics and costly lawsuits to instill fear in anyone who tries to help a loved one access care.
