Hi John,

I want to thank all of you for making this week one of Mothers Against Greg Abbott’s most successful legislative weeks ever!

In just one week, members of our organization have made thousands of phone calls to key members of the Texas State legislature. And together, we’ve stood up for the issues that really matter to Texas families.

❤️ By opposing House Bill 232 this week, we’ve championed our democracy and demanded that elections be open to all of us.

❤️ By coming out in strong support of House Bill 12, we’ve advocated for the postnatal healthcare that all Texas mommas need so they can do the best for their new families.

❤️ And by opposing Senate Bill 375, we’re demanding that the gerrymandering that’s been keeping the Texas Senate so extreme just stop. It’s time that the Texas Lege represent the voters here in Texas — not some extreme minority.

If you’re feeling both grateful and tired — trust me you are definitely not alone . . .

John, whatever you did to help this week, I simply want to thank you ❤️ —for supporting us at Mothers Against Greg Abbott and for believing in all the things we can accomplish together.

We tackled a lot this week — thanks to supporters like you, we all can stand proud having once again proved to the Texas Lege that WE ARE RELENTLESS.

So, let’s take a moment to celebrate . . .

And now . . . be on the lookout for next week’s calls to action —

On deck: school vouchers and a critical Senate Education Committee hearing on Wednesday, March 22nd.

How can you help?

Join us this Wednesday, March 22nd starting at 9am at the Texas State Capitol. We’re asking our supporters to step forward to testify before the Senate Education Committee in support of Texas Public Education. The hearing will take place in room E1.028 ([link removed]) .

Together, we are a powerful force too — we’ve got this!
