We’ve got huge news, team.

We won our case in the Texas Supreme Court! Anti-abortion activists and Attorney General Ken Paxton were unsuccessful in breaking up the San Antonio Justice Charter!

This was a David vs. Goliath case—and David won! Wealthy anti-abortion activists and their ally AG Ken Paxton wanted to break up our latest ballot initiative—which would decriminalize abortion, decriminalize marijuana, and overhaul police practices in San Antonio.

But they failed. That means voters in San Antonio will soon have a chance to pass the first abortion initiative in Texas since Roe was overturned.

NOW we need your help to pass it. Can you chip in $25, or whatever you can afford, to help us bring progressive change to Texas? [[link removed]]

Team, when we launched this initiative we knew that we were up against powerful opponents. Wealthy anti-abortion activists and right-wing politicians like Ken Paxton wanted to break up and even block our initiative. But we prevailed.

But this fight isn’t over yet. Now we must do the important work of passing this initiative. If we’re successful, we can show that abortion rights, marijuana decriminalization, and police reform is POPULAR in Texas. Can you help us Get Out the Vote?

Consider chipping in $25, or whatever you can afford, to help us pass our initiative in fight back against the right wing assault on our rights. [[link removed]]

Thank you,
