City Limits announced on March 17 three additions to its Board and Advisory Board Members:

Neill Coleman ([link removed]) joined the City Limits Board in March. Neill is a leader in deploying philanthropy, partnerships and persuasion to drive social change. After five years as Executive Director of Trinity Church Wall Street Philanthropies, Neill is returning to Mission Magnified Consulting, as the Principal, to focus more deeply on his interests in cross-sector collaboration, especially between philanthropy and government. Neill brings many years experience working with foundations and affordable housing. He served as Chief External Affairs Officer at HUD during the Obama administration, and as an Assistant Commissioner at the New York City Department of Housing Preservation and Development. At The Rockefeller Foundation and at Trinity Neill built new portfolios of funding for media and journalism. City Limits will honor Neill this fall at our annual gala on October 26, where he'll be inducted into the City Limits Hall of Fame 2023.

Rashad Nelms ([link removed]) joined the City Limits Board in March. Rashad has served in numerous leadership capacities with the United Nations World Food Programme (WFP) for nearly 18 years and in more than 20 countries. He has had an extensive career: from overseeing WFP operations that assisted communities living on the Zambian borders of Malawi and Angola, respectively, to mobilizing financial resources for WFP’s emergency flood response while serving in Islamabad, Pakistan to representing WFP in global food security and agriculture discussions with the World Economic Forum, the Howard G. Buffett Foundation, and the African Development Bank, among other accomplishments. He serves as an Executive-In-Residence with Indiana University’s (IU) Office of the Vice President for Diversity, Equity, and Multicultural Affairs (OVPDEMA).

Lisette Nieves ([link removed]) joined the City Limits Advisory Board in January. Lisette is the President of the Fund for the City of New York (FCNY). She is also a Distinguished Clinical Professor at NYU, overseeing doctoral students and supporting research initiatives in the Doctoral Program in Leadership and Innovation, which she co-founded. Lisette has served in a variety of cross-sector leadership positions. She is an experienced social entrepreneur and public sector leader. She has supported social entrepreneurs, educators and organizational leaders nationally through her work with Lingo Ventures. Lisette has also held senior leadership positions in the municipal and federal government. That includes roles with the Department for Youth and Community Development in the Bloomberg administration, the Corporation for National Service in the Clinton Administration, and the White House Initiative on Educational Excellence for Hispanics in the Obama
Administration. City Limits honored Lisette at its 2022 gala for her public service work.
