Dear Ward 8 Residents,

Women's History Month is a time to celebrate women's contributions to history, culture, and community. Women and girls have historically worked tirelessly to break barriers. Their achievements as innovators, entrepreneurs, and essential workers in every industry, represent the very best of America.

In recognition of Women's History Month, my office will host the "Ward 8 Women's Symposium", an event dedicated to honoring the hard work of the women in our community.

We invite you to celebrate with us on Saturday, March 25th, at Bard High School Early College starting at noon. It will be an event filled with fellowship, motivational speaking, breakout sessions centered around wellness, and so much more.

Hope to see you there.

Sincerely,

Trayon White, Sr.
Councilmember, Ward 8
