Hey John --

I know you haven’t heard from me in a wee while. We put our online campaign on pause while Aotearoa dealt with the impacts of Cyclone Gabrielle.

It was absolutely the right thing to do and now we’ve got some work to do to get our campaign back on track.

I promised that I would be transparent with you throughout this campaign which means letting you know that we fell $35,000 short of our fundraising goal in February and we are behind on March. We take these goals seriously as there is too much at stake in this election to miss a single one.

John, will you chip in your first $5 today to help us get back on track? <[link removed]>

CHIP IN $5 <[link removed]>

NOT THIS TIME <[link removed]>

We’re at a critical point in this campaign - this week's polling has shown that New Zealanders are responding well to our new Prime Minister but this election is going to come down to the wire.

The opposition have already started their incredibly negative campaign, full of personal attacks on Chris Hipkins. We need to invest in organisers and advertising now to win in October. We cannot afford to fall behind.

If you can, please chip in today to help get our fundraising income back in line with our campaign plans.  <[link removed]>

I know that making a donation isn’t possible for everyone right now, and that’s okay. I'm asking because I know that when you can support the campaign, you will.

That's the amazing thing about this movement. There are more than enough people reading this email that if just 1 in 3 people chip in a few dollars each we will be back on track in no time.

Thank you for your support!

Hayden Munro

P.S. We fell $35,00 short of our fundraising goal in February. Can you chip in today to help get us back on track? <[link removed]>
