The Protect and Advance Democracy Act establishes a task force to implement Ranked Choice Voting in Minnesota’s state and federal primary and general elections and allows local jurisdictions to adopt RCV if they wish. If passed, the legislation will set Minnesota on a course to be the first state in the nation to bring RCV statewide through legislative action!
