Wisconsin's state supreme court race.

Friend –

The Wisconsin State Supreme Court election is less than a month away – and we want everyone to be as informed as possible before casting their vote.

That's why we're teaming up with our friends at the national ACLU to make sure voters have what they need to make an informed decision. We're running ads <[link removed]> on digital and terrestrial radio highlighting the candidates' records on abortion and reaching voters through direct mail, door-to-door canvassing, phone and text banking, and social media.

In the coming years, we'll likely see the state supreme court rule on Wisconsin's criminal abortion ban, redistricting maps, voting regulations, trans rights, and more. These are cases that will fundamentally shape the outlook of many of our civil rights and liberties, so who we elect matters. The seven justices who comprise the high court serve 10-year terms, so the decisions they make have an enormous impact on our lives and those of future generations.

Making an informed vote is one of the greatest ways you can affect our democracy. We're bringing the full force of the ACLU of Wisconsin and ACLU to educate voters and get them out to vote this spring. Here are some dates and deadlines to remember:

* Online and mail voter registration deadline: Wednesday, March 15. You can still register in-person on Election Day.

* Early Voting period: Dates, times, and locations may vary by municipality. Find out how early voting works in your area and when it begins. <[link removed]>

* Absentee Ballot return: If you're mailing the ballot in, we recommend putting it in the mail no later than seven days before Election Day to ensure your vote counts.

* Election Day: Tuesday, April 4.

It's never too early to start making your voting plan. You can visit our Voting Rights page <[link removed]> or go to MyVote.WI.gov <[link removed]> for more voting information.

Sincerely,
