Anti-abortion groups and their ally Attorney General Ken Paxton are trying to undermine the will of voters, team.

Ground Game Texas collected tens of thousands of signatures for a ballot initiative in San Antonio that would decriminalize abortion, decriminalize marijuana, and reform police practices that lead to unnecessary arrests.

But an anti-abortion group has sued to break up our ballot initiative – despite the initiative being verified by the City of San Antonio. And Attorney General Ken Paxton has joined the fray—sending a letter in support of their effort to undermine voters.

They may have the money and the support of politicians like Paxton, but we have the people —and that’s far more important. Ground Game Texas is working overtime to defend this initiative and pass it. But we need your help. Can you chip in $15, $20, or whatever you can, to help us defend the will of voters and pass this initiative? [[link removed]]

Team, our San Antonio initiative will be the first abortion initiative since Roe was overturned and Texas passed a sweeping abortion ban. That’s why it’s so critical that we defend this initiative in court and make sure it passes as soon as possible.

Anti-abortion groups are doing everything in their power to continue restricting abortion access and criminalizing those who seek reproductive care. It’s critical that in this moment we defend the will of voters and keep this initiative intact.

Can you chip in $15, $20, or whatever you can, to help us defend democracy and pass this initiative? Every donation will help us protect abortion rights in Texas. [[link removed]]

Thank you,
