The Illinois State Board of Education (ISBE) has issued Fiscal Year 2021 (FY21) Request for Proposals (RFP) for the Early Childhood Block Grant:Proposals are due on March 23, 2020 no later than 4 p.m. (Funding is subject to appropriation by the Illinois General Assembly.)
It’s important to note that existing grantees do not need to complete an RFP to maintain current funding. However, grantees may apply for additional slots by submitting an application.
ISBE has indicated that a technical assistance session will be held via recorded webinar and posted to the Early Childhood website in the next few weeks.
