I am honored to have been elected House Freshman Class President of the 118th United States Congress, having the opportunity to follow in the footsteps of many historic Democrats over the years.

Becoming Freshman Class President has given me a lot of responsibility — from becoming a united voice for the Freshman Class to helping guide House Democrats’ strategy to holding Republicans accountable. And on top of all that, I have the responsibility to help elect Democrats all across the country — Democrats that could decide the House majority in 2024 and take back the gavel from Kevin McCarthy.
