I’m reaching out to each of our supporters today to ask if you can chip in $5 to Colin’s re-election campaign. [[link removed]]
Here’s why:
March signals the final month of the first fundraising quarter of 2023. At the end of this month, our team is going to file a report with the Federal Elections Commission detailing all the cash we’ve brought in, as well as all of our expenses.
It’ll be the first post-election look at our campaign finances and it’ll tell a story of how strong our team is, but it’ll also be a signal to Republicans about the type of environment we’re in and how much energy Democrats have to take back the House in 2024.
We want to tell a story about how the Democratic Party is fired up after denying the GOP their “red wave” in 2022 and we’re ready to take back the House, protect the Senate, and protect the White House. If we do all three, the government can get back to working for the people, rather than dealing with the chaos and extremism in the House GOP caucus.
Our end-of-quarter report is critical to telling that story. So I’ve set a goal of raising $5,000 by the end of the night Wednesday to put us in a strong position to crush our end-of-quarter goals.
