Last night, the Supreme Court announced that it will consider whether to
allow the Trump administration to gut access to birth control for millions
of people.^1

employers refuse to provide no-cost health insurance coverage of
contraception under the Affordable Care Act.

And now, Brett Kavanaugh and the rest of the anti-choice majority on the
Supreme Court have said that they'll actually consider letting him do it.
