A Superior Court Judge in North Carolina has found our defamation case against Boebert to have merit and we are now pursuing a lawsuit against Boebert in Colorado.

My name is David B. Wheeler I am the Co-Founder of the American Muckraker’s PAC and directing our FireBoebert.com initiative. 

 

In 2022, we put ourselves on the map when we released damaging footage of GOP extremist Madison Cawthorn acting inappropriately with his staff. The video we released made its way across the national media landscape and would ultimately play a key role in Cawthorn’s defeat in the 2022 North Carolina Republican primary.

 

After completing our mission to fire Cawthorn, we set our sights on Lauren Boebert and made an even bigger impact by releasing treasure troves of factual and damaging information which called into question her so called “conservative values.”

Among the information we shared with CO-03 voters included exposing Boebert’s financial misdeeds, her murdering of dogs on her property, fights with her neighbors, criminal past, and her alleged abortions/work as an escort.

 

Because of the traction our exposés on Boebert gained in the media, we did all the tough work fighting to expose Boebert to her voters while the Democratic nominee for CO-03, who lost by only 546 votes, stayed above the fray, and never had to go negative once. 

 

In response to our efforts, Boebert threatened us on Fox News, Sean Hannity’s radio show, Mike Huckabee’s show, and Tomi Lahren’s fake news show, defamed our staff, and tried to deflect our claims with threats of legal action. Enough is enough and I am writing to you today to announce that we are once again taking the fight to her. 

 

A Superior Court Judge in North Carolina has found our defamation case against Boebert to have merit and we are now pursuing a lawsuit against Boebert in Colorado. 

 

Once filed, the lawsuit will require a videotaped deposition from Boebert herself where she will have to answer questions under oath about her Jan 6th activities, her finances, criminal record, and her alleged abortions/work as an escort.  We plan on releasing this videotaped deposition to the public, with the Judge's permission, and using it for ads and more against Boebert.

We know Boebert will fight tooth and nail to avoid this deposition so these efforts will have the added effect of bogging her down and making her campaign expend its valuable time and limited resources on the case and ensuing lawyer fees and court costs.
