John Marshall Fellowship

The John Marshall Fellowship features seven days of intensive seminars in American political thought and jurisprudence.
It seeks to recover limited constitutional government by training the next generation of legal thinkers and practitioners in the natural law jurisprudence of the American Founding.

Sessions are taught by a core faculty of Charles Kesler, John Eastman, and more top notch scholars. During the program, John Marshall Fellows learn about and discuss political philosophy, American government, and American history with a specific focus on the origins and development of American constitutional jurisprudence.

- Originalism
- Natural Rights & Natural Law
- Living Constitutionalism
John Marshall Fellows are recent law school graduates on their way to federal clerkships, positions in government, and the legal academy.
Accepted applicants will join a growing community of alumni dedicated to constitutional government and American founding principles. They will also be awarded an honorarium, travel stipend, and lodging for the entire duration of the Fellowship. Most meals will also be provided.
