Together, we’ve made a lot of strides towards meaningful change. Just a couple of days ago, the Biden administration announced that North Carolina is receiving over $40 million for clean water infrastructure upgrades — and that’s because of our efforts to pass the Bipartisan Infrastructure Law last year.
We have a lot to be proud of, but our work isn’t finished yet. With the gavel in Kevin McCarthy’s hands, there are quite a few obstacles on our path to progress. However, we can’t afford to get discouraged in our fight for change. Our future — and the future of the next generation — depends on how we handle tough battles like these.
All eyes are on us to see how hard we’re willing to fight, and I know our grassroots team has committed folks like you who will stand alongside me to deliver much-needed change.
