In the last year, we've seen attack after attack on reproductive rights. States like Georgia are attempting to totally ban abortion while the Trump administration has gone on the offensive against Planned Parenthood. These attacks are affecting millions of women across the nation, and they are hitting especially hard in minority communities. In 2020, we have to fight back.
Today marks the 47th anniversary of Roe v. Wade. But decades after the Supreme Court ruled in favor of women's rights, extremists are trying to strip them away. It's up to us to stop them. Despite all of the Republican claims that Roe v. Wade is "settled precedent," it's clear they're doing everything they can to overturn that monumental ruling. We know the American people support reproductive rights, and we need to make it clear to our representatives that banning abortion will cost them at the ballot box.
