National data consistently show that Black men, on average, have fewer
opportunities and engage less with practices and resources that can
support their long term health and wellbeing.

Black men deserve to not only survive, but thrive. That's why, recently,
the Ayanna for Black Men program hosted a wellness event — to build
community, provide information, and create opportunities to practice yoga,
receive a massage, learn about wellness, and more.

Health is a necessary act of resistance. My campaign will continue to
center health and safety, and hold more community-building events for
Black men.

Solidarity always,

Ayanna
