Elliot is an exceptional kid. They're one of many exceptional kids we work with every day at the It Gets Better Project. And as frustrating as these relentless attacks against LGBTQ+ young people continue to be, kids like Elliot remind us that the work we do to uplift and empower LGBTQ+ youth is vitally important.

We're giving $10K in grants to schools across the country — and to help inspire your proposals, we gathered TikTokers to talk what LGBTQ+ students in school need.
