Republicans in Congress are planning to extend Trump-era tax cuts that would make life drastically more difficult for Americans while also increasing the national deficit by almost $3 trillion. GOP tax cuts, which operate heavily in favor of wealthy elites, will give any household making at least $4 million dollars a year a whopping $175,000 tax cut– almost double the national median household income and triple the median household income in New Mexico.

Here at DPNM, we are absolutely fed up with the MAGA agenda’s blatant disregard for everyday Americans and obvious favoritism towards the rich. We can not afford to let Republicans continue getting away with this abhorrent approach to our economy– especially with people's lives at stake.
