Texas Attorney General Ken Paxton—who is currently under federal indictment for fraud—is joining the lawsuit against our ballot initiative in San Antonio.

Paxton and anti-abortion activists are trying to block the San Antonio Justice Charter, an initiative launched by Ground Game Texas to decriminalize abortion—the first abortion rights initiative in Texas since the end of Roe. 

Our opponents are well-financed and have powerful allies in the Attorney General’s office. But we have the power of the people.

This is a David vs. Goliath fight. Chip in $20, or whatever you can afford, to have our backs in this fight. Help us ensure the voice of the people isn’t silenced.
