to explain why this moment is so important to us.

At JD, we take our mission seriously, because what could be more important
than fighting for the transformative policies that will change lives for
generations to come? We will be here every day to demand Medicare for All,
a Green New Deal, an end to the corrupting influence of corporate money in
politics, and more.

We can only make that vision a reality if we can sustain and fund our work
year-round — that’s why we set goals like this one, to make sure we meet
the baseline benchmarks in our budget. Our $10,000 goal is critical to
ensuring our finances — and therefore all of our work — stay stable.
