We got an early Valentine, and it wasn’t a heart shaped mylar balloon. Last night, our founder Lizz Winstead was on The Daily Show with guest host (and AAF pal) Sarah Silverman! Of course they discussed the very terrifying state of reproductive rights. Check out the clip below of Lizz getting everyone hyped to join Abortion Access Front in supporting amazing independent abortion providers, while keeping tabs on forced birth extremists and exposing their white supremacist agenda.

If you've been a fan of AAF for a minute, then you know that Lizz is the co-creator of The Daily Show. And this was her first time back on the show to talk about the work of AAF! Thanks, Sarah, for making that happen! We’re thrilled that a whole bunch of new folks could learn about our work.

Lizz’s experience there with bringing humor to the news was a BIG motivation for starting AAF. Her provocative and hilarious approach has broken lots of stupid rules about WHERE and HOW we talk about abortion. She’s inspired many abortion advocates to be bolder and the media to dig deeper in telling the stories of those who need abortion. The work of this organization is built on Lizz’s passion, bravery and determination to make this world better for independent abortion providers and people seeking abortion care.
