This score represents 45,000 people who died of gun violence last year versus the 34 U.S. senators who voted against bipartisan gun safety legislation.

It’s time to be referees of gun violence and change the score. Manuel Oliver, father of Parkland victim Joaquin Oliver and gun violence prevention advocate, is throwing a yellow penalty flag today to mark our legislators' indifference to the gun violence epidemic. This year, our movement to end gun violence will go on the offense against corrupt, pro-gun politicians standing in the way of commonsense gun laws.
