As you know, the Legislative Session begins tomorrow in Santa Fe. The budget, pension reform, education, crime and recreational marijuana are all on the front burner. We all know state spending is out of control. In fact, House Minority Leader Jim Townsend, House Minority Whip Rod Montoya and Rep. Candy Spence Ezzell compare what's happening in New Mexico to California.
