John,
Yesterday, I sent you an email about who stands with COS and who stands against us.
Did that visual I included surprise you? When we attend events around the country, we use images like these as banners at our booth because it paints such a vivid picture.
(If you missed the email and want to see the photos, just search for “Jason Girard” in your email and it should pop up!)
But here’s what you won’t find in either of those images: the sentiment of the American people.
As the National Grassroots Director for COS, I get the honor of talking with many of our amazing grassroots volunteers. Of course, as volunteers, they clearly support calling a Convention of States (and as of today, we have over 5 million supporters!) — but what about everyone else?
What about your neighbor down the street who isn’t as politically engaged, but still shows up to vote?
Well, we conducted extensive polling to determine support for a Convention of States across political parties, age and racial demographics, and geographic locations.
What we found may surprise you.
Click here to grab a free copy of our polling results.
Because we want this resource to be as valuable as possible for you, we’ve also included an updated legislative heat map that shows where each state stands in the process of passing COS, along with more information on how our grassroots are structured across the country.
I think you’ll find it really interesting.
Thanks for being here,
Jason Girard
National Grassroots Director
