In state or out of state, I'm working for you!

I had the pleasure of speaking with the newly formed Sustainable Investment Caucus in D.C to discuss the importance of policies for investing in funds that prioritize environmental, social and governance (ESG) factors. I'm proud to be representing our great state on the national stage, and showing others how Delaware is leading the charge in prioritizing ethical, sustainable investments.

In other states, extremist Republicans are attempting to block ESG factors from being considered in a bid to preserve outdated systems in the modern economy. That means they want their states to hold investments (think our education and retirement accounts) in the poisonous industries that contribute to our growing climate crisis or engage in unethical business practices

That's not only dangerous to people within those states. It can mean harsher outcomes for us as well.

Ethical, sustainable investment is key to ensuring a future for our children. That's why I'm proud to champion efforts to create intentional programs that ensure our foundations last well beyond our generation. But we'll find success with partnerships across all levels of government
