CGF just took one step closer to repealing California's longstanding ban on so-called "Assault Weapons."

That's because tyrant AG Xavier Becerra tried to shut our case down and fell flat on his face!

Indeed, Judge Benitez DENIED Becerra's multiple motions to stay proceedings in Miller v. Becerra.

The anti-gun AG had hoped to slow our case down, but he FAILED. And we are proceeding full speed ahead!

Next, CGF and the State will file dueling legal motions over the next few weeks, culminating in a court showdown that could end the ban.

Based on the current court calendar, the Government will be filing its next opposition to our case next week. And our Reply is due 7 days later.

However, in the meantime, it is IMPERATIVE that we continue to receive strong support for our case.

We're putting it all on the line to overturn the "Assault Weapons" ban. And it's costing an incredible amount of money.
