The January 6th Special House Committee reccommended Trump be charged with:

X Obstruction of an official proceeding of the U.S. government
X Inciting, assisting, or aid and comforting an insurrection
X Conspiracy to defraud the United States
X Conspiracy to make a false statement

These are very serious, but warrated charges. The DOJ has yet to take a stand on whether or not they will take these up.
