Hello,

The 2010 Citizens United Supreme Court decision opened the floodgates to nearly unlimited political spending in elections. Donations now flood in from corporations, billionaires, and lobbyists, silencing the voices of everyday people in favor of appeasing the rich. We saw this with the 2017 Trump tax cuts, and we'll certainly see it again if he wins re-election.

Democrats have proposed a constitutional amendment that would allow Congress to eliminate the loopholes that allow companies to pour millions of dollars into campaigns and sway elections. But Mitch McConnell is standing in its way. He's intent on preserving the tight grip dark money and corporate donors have on politics, but we're going to stop him.
