New look, same mission.

You may have noticed we look a little different to the last time we contacted you. While our look might have changed, our mission remains the same. We will continue to challenge injustices in policies, systems and society, so that everyone can have better mental health.

Which leads us onto our next big announcement…

Festival of Ideas 2023

Five Giants for Mental Health

We know that our chances of having good mental health are shaped by our circumstances and experiences, and that inequalities in society produce worse mental health outcomes among the people facing the biggest disadvantages.

But we don’t have to accept this reality.

Between February and June, our Festival of Ideas will be bringing people together to discuss ‘Five Giants’ that influence people’s mental health:

* Poverty and financial wellbeing
* Racism and racial justice
* A good start in life
* The climate crisis
* Mental health services

Through these events we'll discuss ideas of how we can dismantle mental health inequalities and give everyone a better chance of good mental health.
