[ [link removed] ]Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez for Congress

There’s nothing better than when a bunch of new awesome people join your
friend group.

That’s what happened last week as Alexandria and her colleagues welcomed
an exciting class of newly elected progressive members to Congress.

From Delia Ramirez (IL-03) to Summer Lee (PA-12) to Greg Casar (TX-35),
and beyond — we are thrilled to grow our movement of leaders in Congress
who don’t accept money from corporate PACs, will fight for working-people,
and fight for transformative change.

But this doesn’t happen on its own — and we’re still a long
way from having the numbers we need to pass policies like Medicare for All
and a Green New Deal.

[ [link removed] ]That’s why we need your help to recruit and support more progressive
candidates so we can grow our “friend group” even bigger. Can you split a
contribution to Courage to Change and our campaign today?

Alexandria experienced firsthand how difficult it is for working-class,
grassroots candidates to break into politics and compete in a corrupt
system where billionaires can buy elections.

So she decided to launch Courage to Change in January 2020: a leadership
PAC that supports candidates who refuse to bow to establishment pressure,
who advocate ferociously for working-class families, and who have lived
the same struggles as the people they seek to represent.

Here’s a little bit more about some of the Courage to Change candidates
who joined us in Congress this year:

– Summer Lee (PA-12): Summer is a former Pennsylvania state legislator
born and raised in the Mon Valley, in the heart of Pennsylvania’s 12th
District. She is a dedicated organizer and attorney and the first Black
woman to represent Pennsylvania in Congress.

– Greg Casar (TX-35): Greg is a native Texan, son of Mexican immigrants,
and community organizer. He served on the Austin City Council for seven
years and is committed to bringing much-needed change to Texas.

– Delia Ramirez (IL-03): Delia is an accomplished social service director
and daughter of Guatemalan immigrant parents who has dedicated her life
and career to advocating for working families. She served in the Illinois
State Legislature for three years where she won Medicaid coverage for
undocumented seniors, and hundreds of millions of dollars in rental and
mortgage relief for people across Illinois.

We need to lay the groundwork now so we’re ready for 2024. [ [link removed] ]Can you
please split a $3 contribution between Courage to Change
and our campaign right now to help us elect progressive community leaders,
activists, and working-class candidates across the country?

Thank you so much for your support.
