John-

Dan Crenshaw here.

This week I signed onto articles of impeachment against Homeland Security Secretary Alejandro Mayorkas for his dereliction of duty, lies, and direct responsibility for the unprecedented crisis on our southern border. I also called for a full Congressional investigation into Joe Biden’s mishandling of classified materials and exposed the left’s hypocrisy on this issue.

Below you’ll find links to sign petitions calling for the impeachment of Secretary Mayorkas and an investigation into Joe Biden.

As always, thank you for your support.

Here’s your brief:
IMPEACH MAYORKAS
This week, I signed onto articles of impeachment for Alejandro Mayorkas. His mishandling of the border crisis has led to an undeniable disaster.

He lied to Congress, absurdly claiming our border is 'secure.' He threw Border Patrol agents under the bus, lying about 'whipping' migrants. He ignored pleas for help from border communities and CBP agents.

Mayorkas has shown time and time again that he is not qualified to serve. He has blatantly violated his constitutional oath and duty to secure our nation from hostile threats. It's sheer incompetence at best, or negligence at worst. The American people deserve a Homeland Security Secretary who will actually do the job.

Republicans promised accountability when we took back the House. This is the ultimate way to deliver on that promise in a response to a crisis that has threatened our national sovereignty and rule of law.

SHAMELESS HYPOCRISY
Joe Biden’s handling of classified documents is very different from President Trump’s.

It’s much, much worse.

Now, we learn that Biden kept additional classified materials at his home in Delaware in his GARAGE.

Yet there was no raid. No ransacking of Biden’s home. Nothing. This is hypocrisy at the highest level and it’s dangerous.

This week the Department of Justice announced the appointment of a special counsel to investigate the mishandling of classified documents. That’s a good first step, but it must be supplemented by a full-scale congressional investigation.

I am committed to making sure that happens.

FIGHTING BACK AGAINST THE CARTELS
This week I introduced legislation to give our military the authority to combat transnational cartels smuggling deadly narcotics like fentanyl into our country.

Cartels are responsible for about 360,000 homicides this year in Mexico. They are militaristic in nature and represent a violent threat to the homeland. When we have 80,000 Americans a year dying from fentanyl that is trafficked into our country by these cartels, that is an active hostile threat against the American people.

Deadly cartels are at war with us, importing people and fentanyl into the United States every day. My legislation will allow us to finally fight back.

That’s it for this week’s campaign brief.

If you like my message and want to help me grow our conservative movement, please consider chipping in any amount you can afford.

I can’t do it without your support.
