We're excited to announce the second honoree of our January 25th fundraiser ([link removed]) : Brooklyn Borough President Antonio Reynoso, BYD's "Young-at-Heart" Leader of the Year!

While BP Reynoso is *technically* too old to be a BYD member, he's advocated on behalf young people throughout his career.

BP Reynoso has used his position to push for safer streets ([link removed]) , appoint more young people to community boards, and direct millions in funding ([link removed]) to improve Black maternal health and conditions in public hospitals. He's also been a steadfast supporter ([link removed]) of our Brooklyn Can't Wait initiative to bring transparency and democracy to the Brooklyn Democratic Party.

BP Reynoso joins Council Member Chi Ossé ([link removed]) on the list of exciting honorees for our "We Are Young" fundraiser; we'll announce more honorees in the coming days!
