After passing the COS Resolution in Wisconsin, Nebraska, West Virginia and South Carolina in 2022, nothing can stop our momentum in 2023!

To date, we have:

  • Filed the resolution in 49 states
  • Passed one committee hearing or more in 30 states
  • Passed one chamber in 25 states
  • Passed the COS Resolution in its entirety in 19 states
We are also excited to announce that we’re nearing an impressive 2.5 Million petitions signed in favor of calling a Convention of States.  That’s some strong evidence that the American people are fed-up with business as usual in Washington, D.C.

At Convention of States Action our mission is to return power to the people and elevate the voice of the grassroots. Thanks to the support of millions of petition signers, we’re one step closer to doing that. 

But now we’d like to take it a step further. 

This week, we’re launching a three-day polling blitz to get your thoughts on some critical issues. Then, we’ll compile the results and report back to everyone that has taken the poll.
