New Orleans DSA - Weekly Update

Friends —

We need your help to hit the ground running this year with our first big campaign outreach event! Next Monday, January 16th (Martin Luther King Jr. Day) at 12 noon, join us at the neutral ground at Canal St. & Norman C. Francis Pkwy. for an afternoon of canvassing, tabling, grilling and chilling. If we want our demands to be heard, we need to get our neighbors on board! So sign up here to spend your long weekend hanging out and taking back our power — literally!

If we can get organized and activated, we can put a stop to Entergy’s greed and incompetence in 2023. And the best way to do that is by building relationships, door to door and burger by burger. Hope to see you there!

New to DSA? Check out our chapter's new member resources here. If you've got any questions about how to get involved or the work our chapter is doing, give us a shout at [email protected].

Not yet a member? The most important tool that the working class has is organization. We're strong when we fight together. We have to build a durable, mass political organization to wield the kind of power we need to win real change in our society. If you aren't a dues-paying member of DSA yet, join today!
